This booklet has been initiated through the workshop on Cultural background in altering landscapes, held in the course of the IALE (International organization for panorama Ecology) ecu convention that all started in Stockholm, Sweden, in June 2 hundred 1 and persisted around the Baltic to Tartu, Estonia, in JUly. The papers offered on the workshop were supported through invited contributions that deal with a much wider diversity of the cultural background administration matters and study interfaces required to review cultural landscapes.
